Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Shop Alice will exchange or refund non-sale items within 10 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Sale items can be returned for a gift card only. 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please email your return request to hello@shopalicenashville.com within 3 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for your return. Please write the order # on your package and return to:

Once approved, your account will be credited within 5 days of receiving the return. You will be sent a confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Shop Alice, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, Shop Alice will cover the return shipping charges.
