1. Domestic Shipping:

Express (3 Business Days)
Free Local Pickup 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Obce the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

3. Cancellations

After an order is submitted. processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us via email or cell.

4. Damaged Orders

Shop Alice is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
